Coordinator - Trade Show Registration-ract

MicroSpec Systems Inc is a steadily growing company that for the past 20 years has led the trade and consumer show industry in ticketing and registration. 


The Job:

As a Registration Coordinator you are responsible for your own set of shows. You will coordinate the clients needs from start to finish, and, be the main point of contact. Using our custom tools, you will ensure a successful event from the registration perspective for our clients.


Tasks include:

  • Manage your own set of shows from start to finish 
  • Create critical path timelines for all aspects of our registration services with show managers, 
  • Work with our development team  to ensure the registration sites they design matches the client needs, 
  • Use our custom developed tools to pull together all aspects of the registration process for the show
  • Aid the show manager during the pre-registration process with any questions / requests,
  • Assist our customer support department with end user questions pertaining to your events, 
  • Review, follow up and update internal checklists on a daily basis, 
  • Assist clients with their reporting needs, 
  • Work with our operations department to ensure equipment is ready and tested for all events, 
  • Work on-site at trade shows (North America),
  • Set up equipment on site at shows.
  • Train onsite staff in use of our systems and scanners


Qualifications;

  • Minimum 1 year experience coordinating
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a business environment
  • Car and driver's licence with clean abstract
  • Canadian passport
  • Read , write, and speak English clearly and professionally.
