Job Description:

We are seeking a full time Event Ticketing Coordinator. As a Ticketing Coordinator, you’re the first line of contact to our clients. As the first line of contact, you must be able to understand the diverse business needs of our event organizers. You’re quick on your feet, and your grit and resilience help you handle problems like a pro. The Ticketing Coordinator is also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving help desk tickets, including desktop hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity issues, and to provide end-user support and assistance with the overall use of our ticketing software. 


You Will:

  • Plan/schedule equipment and onsite personnel for events
  • Troubleshoot ticket related issues at onsite events
  • Ensure that end users’ technology requirements, physical set-up and configuration of desktop hardware, software, local and network printers are accurately determined, documented and satisfied.
  • Provide training on TIX123 software, on-site
  • Create (via point and click custom software) websites (no programming)
  • Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
