The portal enables groups to send email invitations with unique URLs to end-users, directing them to your sales page. This process captures user information and demographics before granting access to complimentary tickets, which users can print, save, or retrieve later. Will Call at Consumer Events
Will Call offers onsite complimentary ticket redemption and operates on any tablet or computer using the Chrome browser. MicroSpec provides a unique Will Call URL, allowing clients to search by name or email, redeem tickets, and send them via SMS or email. This feature ensures efficient ticket handling at events, offering a seamless experience for both clients and attendees. Go one step further and have cashiers 'doubling up' as Will Call Attendants using MicroSpec's box office terminals.
