Chicago - MPI-CAC 2024 Leadership Day

We had a fantastic time at MPI-CAC’s Leadership Day at the Field Museum in Chicago. The day began with a powerful keynote by MPI-CAC President Hilary Saurer, who highlighted the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership.
Throughout the afternoon, we explored the diverse work within MPI through the Committee Roundtables, uncovering new ways to get involved and make a difference in the community. The Members’ Panel was a standout moment, with current and past MPI leaders sharing their personal journeys of growth and resilience, offering valuable insights on how to navigate the challenges and opportunities of MPI membership.
The event wrapped up with a lively Membership Mixer, where we connected with new friends and familiar faces alike—a perfect close to a day full of learning, inspiration, and connection. We're excited to keep growing and building relationships within the MPI community!
